The Karola Glacier is located in Shigatse, Tibet, China. Unfortunately, I couldn't find any official website for the glacier, but there are many travel agencies that offer tours to the area. The prices and schedules vary depending on the agency and the type of tour you choose.

In terms of what to see in the surrounding area, there are a few options. One popular attraction is the Pelkor Chode Monastery, which is a UNESCO World Heritage Site that includes a temple, stupa, and multiple chapels. It is open from 9am to 5pm and the entrance fee is CNY 100.

Another option is the Tashilhunpo Monastery, which is the traditional seat of the Panchen Lama and one of the largest and most important monasteries in Tibet. It is open from 9am to 5pm and the entrance fee is CNY 100.

Lastly, you could visit the Sakya Monastery, which is known for its unique architecture and historical significance. It is open from 9am to 5pm and the entrance fee is CNY 80.
